Brian Doyle presents "Glassing the Landscape" at Union Docs in Williamsburg, Brooklyn June 11, 2010, 7:30pm.
Featuring LAUNCH and a selection films curated by Doyle. Brian Doyle is a 2009 Artists’ Fellowship recipient of the New York Foundation for the Arts (NYFA). This presentation is co-sponsored by the Artists & Audiences Exchange, a public program of NYFA.

This will be my 3rd time screening in Lausanne - a wonderful festival that has grown remarkably over the years.

tour as part of US Express!

This show presents American video art spanning from the early 70's to present day. Over 60 titles are included in this DVD set that is touring the world through the the U.S. Department of State.

The program is available in over 200 American Corners libraries around the world for screenings to global audiences at local galleries, museums and other cultural centers.

The program intends to introduce single-channel video as art in countries where it has not previously been seen or made. In 2006 scheduled exhibitions were held in Cairo, Egypt, Skopje and Bitola, Macedonia, and Rangoon, Burma.
